Young and Picky is a health and nutrition podcast, created to be enjoyed by busy teens and young adults as they seek to get guidance on a time-saving and practical format without the boring lecture on science. We discuss easy, affordable meal ideas, snacks on-the-go, and clever foods habits, in an engaging, relatable manner. We aim to enable students to make better healthy choices and be entertained, as well as feel supported in their busy-paced lives. 
Building a social media page is key to success when you’re trying to grow your audience. Instagram can be a great place to promote a podcast channel; this not only shares your content to the people already following viewing your podcast, but it’s a place to be a part of a community, a place to reach a new audience, opportunities for brand deals, promoting your products and clips, etc. 
If Young and Picky decided, they wanted a product line of snacks and drinks, what would they be and how would they look? I created two products for this brand to promote the podcast, send a message to our customers, and reach a wider audience. One is a protein bar filled with the right macros and nutrition, and the other is electrolyte drinks. The purpose is to fulfil our promise with our brand to make sure the people watching are staying healthy and getting the nutrition they need.
